postpartum support.

  • The fourth trimester is sacred. The days after birth can feel tender, overwhelming, and holy. As your postpartum doula, I come to your side to help you rest, recover, and ease into motherhood; so you can care for your baby while feeling cared for yourself.

What I offer as your postpartum doula:

Emotional Support: Gentle presence to process your birth, celebrate milestones, or hold space during hard days.

Newborn Care Guidance: Feeding, diapering, soothing, swaddling, sleep support.

Feeding Support: Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding help, including latch tips, positioning, and referrals if needed.

Light Household Tasks: Meal prep, laundry, tidying baby spaces, and nursery organization.

Mother Care & Recovery: Healing practices, hydration support, and calming routines for your body and spirit.

Sibling Adjustment: Gentle guidance to help older children feel included and loved.

Faith-Based Encouragement(optional): Scripture and prayer for mamas who want spiritual care woven into this season.

Whether or not you book birth support, you can choose dedicated postpartum care tailored to your family’s needs. Postpartum-only packages are designed for ongoing, flexible support — offering a lower hourly rate when booked in longer blocks.

    Hourly Options

Daytime Support – $30/hour (minimum 3 hours per visit)

    Overnight Care – $35/hour

    Packages (Daytime Hours Only 8am-8pm)

    24 hours — $720 total

    36 hours — $1,044 total

    48 hours — $1,344 total

(Packages can be spread across several weeks, in 3–6 hour daytime blocks, depending on your family’s needs.)

Note: Postpartum visits included in birth packages are a higher-value add-on (3 hours for $175) because they are bundled within your birth support experience. Standalone postpartum care is structured differently to serve families seeking more ongoing support outside of birth packages.
