Whether you’re preparing to give birth for the first time or simply hoping for a more grounded experience, I offer more than just support. I offer presence, peace, and prayerful encouragement. As your doula, I walk with you through every stage of birth and postpartum with calm guidance, practical help, and spiritual strength so you feel held and heard.

  • BIRTH SUPPORT

    Birth is sacred. As your doula, I don’t replace your partner, your provider, or your faith. I come alongside them all to create a safe, supportive space for you to labor with confidence and compassion.

    What I offer as your birth doula:

    • Prenatal Support: 1:1 sessions to create your birth plan, talk through preferences, and prepare for labor. We build trust and connection before baby arrives.

    • Continuous Labor Support: I’m there when labor begins; whether it’s at home, a birth center, or the hospital. You are never alone.

    • Comfort Measures: Massage, counter pressure, aromatherapy, breathing techniques, and grounding rituals to help you feel safe and supported.

    • Partner Support: I equip your birth partner with tools to stay calm and confident.

    • Emotional Advocacy: I help you stay informed, hold space for your choices, and support your voice.

    • Faith-Based Encouragement(optional): Scripture, prayer, and reminders of God’s presence during labor.

    • Immediate Postpartum Care: I stay after birth to ensure you’re hydrated, settled, and supported in those early moments of bonding.

    Seedling Birth Package – $1050

    • 1 Prenatal Visits (2 hours)

    • 1 Postpartum Visit (3 hours)

    • Full Birth Support (home, birth center, or hospital)

    • On-call from 37 weeks until labor begins

    Rooted Birth Package – $1,300

    • 2 Prenatal Visits (2 hours each)

    • 2 Postpartum Visits (3 hours each)

    • Full Birth Support (home, birth center, or hospital)

    • Immediate Postpartum Care (1–2 hours after birth)

    • On-call from 37 weeks until labor begins

    Bloom Birth Package – $1,575

    • 3 Prenatal Visits (2 hours each)

    • 3 Postpartum Visits (3 hours each)

    • One optional virtual prep call
